Geoff Lord OAM is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Belgravia Group and Patron of the Belgravia Foundation. For more than three decades, Geoff has been a driving force in the sport, recreation, health and wellness sectors, creating opportunities for millions of people to lead healthier, more active and more connected lives.

Since founding Belgravia Group in 1990, Geoff has built one of Australasia’s largest networks of leisure, fitness, aquatic, education and community-focused organisations. Under his leadership, Belgravia businesses have helped remove barriers to participation and inspired people of all ages and abilities to engage in physical activity, recreation and community life.

Geoff’s contribution to the industry was recently recognised through the prestigious Beyond Activ Lifetime Achievement Award, honouring his decades of service and impact across the health, fitness and wellness sector. The award acknowledges not only his business leadership but also his commitment to creating healthier, happier and more inclusive communities.

As Patron of the Belgravia Foundation, Geoff provides strategic guidance and champions the Foundation’s mission to create Active Kids, Healthy Lives and Connected Communities. His vision is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, belong and thrive, regardless of their circumstances.

Geoff remains a passionate advocate for increasing participation in physical activity, particularly among young people.
